We'd like to introduce one wild, crazy guy. Jair Richards is a hysterical, funny,type of guy. His energy just lights up the room when he walks into the room. He's spontaneous, and extremely quick on his feet.
Now while he may in fact have more acting experience than Kelly does, he does have a tendency of over reacting a bit.
But, when he finds out that his suspect isn't going to agree to go to jail, he resorts to some rather true police procedures. Well sort of...
and when that doesn't work...
